Welcome to our magnificent estate, located in “The Maldives of Mexico.” The grounds seamlessly blend with the world around it, providing both luxury and a oneness with nature. This is your space to breathe in all that serves you and release the things that dont. For this is where you will awaken to a multihued sunrise over the radiant seven shades of blue lagoon. Each gorgeous A-framed, air conditioned, suite offers an independent space to unwind, journal, read or simply enjoy solitude. The grounds will be home to daily workouts, rejuvenating spa treatments, Mezcal tasting, live music, dance and open air cinema. Many of our excursions for this retreat will also launch from here or feet just beyond. All reservations include paddle boards, clear bottom kayak usage and much more. Please note each suite features ONE king bed with a maximum occupancy of 2 adults.

Although all rooms provide the same offerings there are two booking types for each based on proximity to the lagoon. The lagoon is considered premiere but both options are INCREDIBLE.
LOCATION 1 = Standard Location (least expensive option)
These are tucked amongst the lush palms opposed to lagoon side
LOCATION 2 = Legoon 2nd Row (package price is $450 north of the Standard Location)
Situated steps away from the lagoon deck are these units. This location features a blend of the lagoon and jungle views and a private terrace
Shared Suite
If you’re joining us a couple, close travel mates, siblings or best amigos save a little on cost by sharing a room. Please do keep in mind each suite is furnished with one bed. There are no double bed options available for this retreat. The rooms, and amenities, are identical to those above as are location options.
Please note this booking type is extended to those who will be traveling with another guest. Please include travel companion’s name at the time of booking. Rate is reflective of a per person price.

AIRPORT TRANSFER PRICING AND INFO
Bacalar is located along the Belize border approximately 4.5 hours, by car, from Cancun International Airport (CUN), 2.5-3 hours from Tulum and the Tulum Felipe Carillo Airport (TQC), and 30 minutes from Chetumal International Airport (CTM). The greater Quintana Roo region is also one of the Mexican states where Uber, FreeNow and Lyft are not allowed to authorized to operate. This limitation is at the disservice to travels and to the benefit of the state of Quintana Roo and others since it removes truly competitive fares. However, it is always our hope to bring experiences to you at a savings!
Typical ONE-WAY rates from all three airports are
- Cancun International (CUN) to Bacalar = $500 usd
- Tulum Felipe Carillo Airport (TQC) to Bacalar = $351 usd
- Chetumal International Airport (CTM) to Bacalar = $146 usd

A great way of maximizing savings is to book a travel with arrival times similar to others. This would allow for the above rate to be split amongst guests arriving in the same vehicle. Cancun is undoubtedly the least expensive arrival airport with the greatest amount of options, and shorter travel itineraries from anywhere in the world.

Cancellation Refund Policy
- Notifications more than 60 days before the start of the retreat = 20% cancellation fee not including the non-refundable deposit for 30% down packages.
- Notification between 30 and 60 days before the start of the retreat: 50% (not including non-refundable deposit)
- Notification less than 30 days before the start of the retreat: No refund
