Ingredients: 1.5 cups Oat Flour; 1/2 cup Vegan vanilla Protein Powder (Feel free to swap out for your prefrred protein of choice ); 1 cup Peanut Butter (We like to use half of an all natural peanut butter that includes the oil on top and half of another brand such as jif etc); 1/3 cup Honey; 5 Deglet Dates (Deglet or Medjool will work here. Medjool has a sweeter bold taste but also packs more carbs and sugar. Deglet is less sweet and saves macros ); 1 tsp Vanilla Extract; 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips; 1.5 tsp coconut Oil
