Hezekiah oined our tribe after being inspired by co-workers and friends. Having tried it all and achieving varied levels of success he was hungry to achieve a goal that had evaded him. Likewise, he wanted to finally find something that provided long-lasting results without being as restricting. In no time he saw things were different here and mere months later he surpassed th big goal he set at day 0. Every mini goal was checked off the list. You are a force Hezekiah

It has been only one-week since this IFBB Pro's first contest of 2023 at Tim Gardner's “Tampa Pro.” This contest boasted an impressive field of 36 top-tier pros with 9 olympians. Despite the challenge of surpassing the remarkable achievements of his eventful 2022, during which he earned his pro status and his pro debut, he has already risen to the occasion. Jonathan showed up and showed out by unveiling a significantly transformed three-dimensional physique on the stage and made waves. With invaluable insights, and GREAT feedback, from Steve Weinberger propelling him forward, the prospects for the future have never been more exciting

It's “NPC Tahoe show” weekend and a great time to a celebrate one of the incredible West Coast 🇺🇸#ifbb pros. Let’s head back West! We’re going to Stateline Nevada to revisit the past and also celebrate an incredible rapid rise as a pro!

Just four years ago, Stephen reached out after being inspired by members of our tribe who transformed and frequented his local gym. A lifelong athlete, and avid lifter, Stephen knew what winning felt like. However, he wanted to “throw his hat into the ring” and strive for something new and even more challenging. Stephen decided it was time to go all-in with the goal of competing at his first bodybuilding. That target is more demanding as a masters gent and balancing family and a career. One could say the rest is history

Mere weeks after a show was selected Stephen showed up to the Tahoe Bodybuilding contest and immediately made major waves. It may have been his first contest but that wasn’t reflective of his preparedness. Quickly, Stephen stood out of incredible fields and found himself center-box/split-center in all classes entered. We knew then, prior to that show, what would materialize that weekend and since then. He is a champion who would become pro. All of that has become reality.

4 years later Stephen has fulfilled all of those initial targets and done even greater. Just 2 short years ago he earned his pro card by once again standing stage center in all classes at the coveted NPC Masters National championships. Armed with an incredible off-season his sites were set on making his pro debut. Again, he “showed up and showed out” to the tune of the top 2 in pro masters.

In the span of a few years Stephen has gone from an aspiring competitor to a fixture in the top two callouts as a professional. Mediocre is not in his vocabulary and I have no doubt that he’ll soon move from the top two of that 2nd callout to making a home in the 1st. Armed with incredible feedback from several panels makes this projection very likely. Congratulations on an incredible journey @bluphitness !

There’s nothing like a bringing in a birthday alongside a pretty epic update. I’m thrilled to share the inspiring transformation of another remarkable "Super Mom” who has plenty of reasons to celebrate a new year. Meet Birgitta, this coach, and East Coast beauty recently embraced motherhood, and "in the blink of an eye" has lost 26 pounds in just over 2 weeks after giving birth. I guess it should come as no surprise that there's good reason why so many expecting, and new moms, join our family. The "snap back" is incredible.

David not only saw himself transformed but rocking the bodybuilding stage AND standing stage-center in multiple contests. He soared! This year he reached out with a new mission. There is one thing unchanged in the six years = SUCCESS! Congratulations on such awesome change yet again. So much can happen in only a matter of weeks. Down 20+ in no time and mission accomplished!

It has been a busy month for me and warriors around the world. Although we’ve remained active in the stories this crazy schedule has meant time away from actual posts. Your continued reaction to the stories have been Incredible! However, let’s get to the posts. We have some catching up to do.

Weekly we share mantras to our tribe in support groups and on social media. This week’s mantra was “remember when you wanted what you currently have.” This is undoubtedly something the warrior featured here has celebrated this week.

At day 0, this 🇺🇸 gent joined our tribe after trying it all. Frustrated, and “stuck,” he had grown tired of feeling shackled to his goal. After trying it all he found himself eating very little, and training extremely hard without much to show for his sacririce. Today he stands victorious. Eating significantly more, cardio sessions no higher than 15 minutes, weekly relaxed meals and even a diet-break getaway mixed in. All done while transforming through our virtual body transformation service. A lot can change in only a few months!
