FINAL PLACEMENTS FOR OVERALL CHALLENGE ARE DETERMINED BY PLACEMENTS ACROSS 3 CRITERIA.
1️⃣ % INITIAL BODY-FAT LOST = 40% = 2/5 OF TOTAL SCORE
2️⃣ % INITIAL BODY-WEIGHT LOST = 20% = 1/5 OF TOTAL SCORE
3️⃣ AESTHETIC CHANGE (ONLY SUBJECTIVE CRITERIA) = 40% = 2/5 OF TOTAL SCORE
EACH CHALLENGER IS RANKED FOR THE THREE CRITERIA ABOVE. THE RANKING IN EACH CRITERIA IS THEN MULTIPLIED BY THE PERCENTAGE ALLOCATED OR THAT PARTICULAR CRITERIA. THOSE NUMBERS ARE THEN ADDED TO GIVE A CUMULATIVE SCORE FOR EACH CHALLENGER. CHALLENGERS ARE THEN RANKED ACCORDINGLY. THE LOWEST CUMULATIVE SCORE FINISHES 1ST!

HOW TO TAKE PERFECT PHOTOS
Choose the same angle/pose. Don’t do relaxed pose for before and then flexed pose for after. Make sure it is FULL BODY. Also avoid taking photos in mirrors. Have someone else take them or use a tripod.
- Proper Lighting makes a world of difference. Use natural lighting or some form of front light
Front Pose: stand relaxed with arms at your sides
Side Pose: turn directly to the side with arms raise straight out in front down. Straight out in front will show more of the change in your waist.
Back Pose: stand relaxed with arms at your sides
- Take them at the same time of day. For best results these would be taken first thing in the morning before eating any meals
- Recommended attire Females: bathing suit or sport bra and shorts. Alternatively, wear anything that clearly shows your physique
- Recommended attire Males: shirtless/tank and shorts. Alternatively wear anything you feel comfortable wearing but shows your physique
